The game about corporate exploitation using Gen-AI to fill gaps, was deeply ironic and left a bad taste.
As scope increases and budgets shrink, The Alters is a cautionary tale of gaps plugged up by AI, and the backlash that follows.

Steam Next-Fest is up.
I go through my recommendations.
A total of 6 games immediately catch my eye.
Out of those 6, 3 games use generative AI in some way.
And sadly, Steam hasn't been particularly strict on enforcing the "disclose AI on the store"-rule, so who knows if there isn't more.

Do you like art on the site?
Then you'd better go give the site's moderators a piece of your mind, because they're looking to instate guidelines on October 15th that *massively* censor art on this platform.
Make noise in the comments, submit feedback forms on their site, go.

@jay.bsky.team and @aaron.bsky.team collaborate with fascists on twitter in order to choose specific accounts to ban.
They work with nazis directly because they despise the leftist audience they've unwillingly acquired and they want us gone.

This may strike you as strange because saying "LMAO" is not incitement. Well, there's more!

Bluesky violated their own Terms of Service because they panicked and saw Nazis on twitter getting angry.
They took marching orders from the Nazis and helped them target BIPOC and trans users on their website.

They did break your store policy after all.
