TURN YOUR ANGER INTO ACTION Don't bother w/ petitions/ emailing 1)The best thing you can do to be heard is Go to their local offices & townhalls. MAKE 6 CALLS A DAY: 2 each, DC office & local office to your 2 Senators & your 1 Representative. Calls are what all the congresspeople pay attention to.

2025 medical appointments have begun. Next up: hip xrays, Spine care, & phsycial with PCP. Probably going to see some PT in there. Last year I absented myself from the doctor except for cancer screenings but I'm back on track- I'm seeing too many friends with serious concerns to not be!
