Maybe the only good thing about current monetary economic system / Capitalism is that we are learning how to do things we don’t necessarily love to do (except a few). We have trained enough! Now its time to put this skill to real work ! (1/2)

Need something like codex / copilot / Claude code for writing books. Talk to it , discuss ideas and it should made edits in the right paragraph of the right chapter that idea goes into.

Only purpose that AI exists is to make us connect at deeper levels to each other using digital technology. We already connect using our biological technology : physical proximity + mobility + speaking + hearing + seeing , now is the time for revolutionarily deep digital connections.

We know System 1 and System 2 : Thinking Fast and Thinking slow. Our bodies are, I think, System 3, Very very very Slow thinking & learning systems. Different feelings in your body guide different decisions sub-consciously.

I’m drafting an application using AI and I talked to it in great detail about an idea and asked it to choose what to put in and what not & I liked that it made a decision on my behalf using the vast knowledge it has access to.
So reflecting, I think AI can help solve “Decision Fatigue”.

I’m wondering about how the same system of capitalism that pushes Companies to cause harm (Ex: PFAS Teflon story) also enabled Deepmind (AlphaFold story).
So maybe we are limiting ourselves a bit when we focus on the negatives cuz there seems to be hope for people who dream really big too!

Interesting how my views changed on Sam Altman and Zuckerberg from being kind of a fan, trying to understand their ideas/talks .. to kind of disliking them now.

Agree that focus should be systemic change through collective action but broad ideas presented of switching to renewable energy, etc are bad solutions as an individual can do nothing more than sign a petition or protest. We need practical, viable, out-of-the-box, specific single solution.

I like to describe meditation as machine unlearning. There’s a lot that modern AI research could probably learn from this ancient wisdom. One is just the opposite of other. #AI #Meditation #Vipassana #Unlearning

In India people pay almost everything on the street by scanning UPI QR codes. Most street vendors are poor and work very hard. How about building a database of these vendors with their QR codes, so that internet can surprise n gift these people randomly. #spreadjoy #buildinpublic

As AI makes building things easier, maybe people will lose jobs but those are also the people we will try to sell to, so costs of AI built products would go down and since everyone can easily build them, someone will just offer it for free + donations to pay operating costs - like the wiki model.
