พอลดน้ำหนักไปนานๆมันจะมีช่วงติดดอย ช่วงนั้นคือติดอยู่ประมาณ2-3 เดือน ทั้งๆที่ออกกำลังกายหนักมาก น่าจะเพราะคุมอาหารไม่แน่นด้วย น้ำหนักนิ่งเลย พอไปญปนึกว่าจบละ เด้งมา 3 โล สงสัยจะเอาไม่ออกละมั้ง แต่ปรากฏว่าน้ำหนักที่เพิ่มมาจากญปมันหายไปเร็วมากเลย เดือนนี้ไม่ได้ทำอะไรเลย กินเหมือนเดิม (แอบดุเพราะกลับบ้าน ชีส เนย นม) แถมไม่ได้ออกกำลังกายเลย 3โลที่เพิ่มมาเหมือนไม่มีจริง
