Getting back into gear is almost always a bumpy process, especially with an abundance of external stressors, such as what Reader's Digest might call Life In These United States.

If I were to sum up my advice to the Democratic party leadership about how to defeat Trumpism, it would be to set aside policy for now and focus instead on articulating a vision of what American society should look like and what role the US should play in a rapidly changing world today.

Today I learned, in a bad way, that the tilde ( ~ ) is a wild card character in Excel.
To be clear, "a bad way" is I chose it as a marker for sorting that I could easily delete later, but the text filter didn't see them, and then when I tried to get rid of them it went, "Oh, delete all?"
Such fun!
