I'm so relieved to finally get this one up as a preprint. We started this project back in 2019 when we created our first gemcitabine (GEMC) resistant (GEMR) #PDAC cell line. We showed that GEMR upregulates lipid synthesis and that targeting different steps could sensitise cells to GEMC. 1/n 🧪👩‍🔬
