Virginia Giuffre’s brother: I think we were shocked by it—especially the use of the term “stolen.” Because she’s not an object. She’s a person. Someone who was recruited at Mar-a-Lago—his property… it just kind of makes us wonder… how much he knew

This entire thread is excellent; thank you. And as someone who works more with spreadsheets; I felt the 'broken formula' bit in my SOUL.

And for the final thing I will say about this:
The only way Frey would've come out ahead of Fateh is if every single one of his alternates were upgraded (not including spoiled ballots) and NONE of his challengers' were #math

Ultimately I stand by the integrity and analysis of everything I did. I have half a decade of experience in political and labor data. It would be a dangerous and anti-democratic precedent to set if the state party were to overturn the will of the delegates.

This immediately changed once I displayed preliminary results to campaigns. Suddenly the Frey team began arguing that the results shouldn’t even be SHOWN to the delegates. They “disagreed” with it. You don’t get to block democracy from happening just bc you don’t like the results

3) Frey’s campaign was on board with the system and me stepping in to help tally the votes - UNTIL they saw the results. The voting system was reviewed ahead of time SEVERAL times by the DFL in meetings with campaigns. They raised no objections, to my knowledge.

Of those 1011 ballots, 577 ballot IDs matched to people credentialed as delegates, 310 matched to people credentialed as alternates, 1 was matched to a Democratic Party Leader (DPL), + 124 ballots were spoiled (incorrect ballot ID, similar to not signing the back of your ballot)

There was a credentials report given around noon saying there were 652 delegates. All delegates and alternates were instructed to cast a ballot. They provided their ballot code to differentiate between delegate and alternate votes. There were a total of 1011 ballots cast.

1) All the votes were received/counted. I’ve seen a tremendous amount of misinformation online claiming that there were thousands of delegates but only 577 ballots counted. That is untrue.

I’ve seen a lot of false information circulating in the weeks following the Minneapolis DFL convention. Some of it feels like reading Jan 6 voter conspiracy theories, so as the person who stepped in as head teller + audited the voting system, I’d like to set the record straight🧵

Yes. While there are absolutely things Democrats can and must do to slow, obstruct, etc, GOP hold both House and Senate majorities, severely limiting our options.

Johnson and Thune are handing over the own keys and relinquishing their own power. Even for the cynics this should be a shock.
We all like to yell at the Democrats, but it’s really Speaker Mike Johnson and Senate Majority Leader John Thune who are letting Elon Musk and his faceless goon squad make a mockery of their power as leaders of a coequal branch without uttering a peep or lifting a finger.

Elon Musk has not come out at all to say he did this so called “roman salute”. So if the salute is most popular in facist regimes why are MAGAts bending over backwards to defend musk by saying its a roman salute? If he came out in swastika gear would they be arguing he’s honoring India?

It did not work. Many on TikTok are now turning on Trump and TikTok leadership.
