I see some book piracy discourse, and, to make a positive argument in favor of buying books, your marginal ability to influence what books get published and support the careers of writers you like is massive compared to most other forms of media.

I have a lot to complain about right now. But one thing thats going surprisingly right, is baking. Most of the time.
Ive had such a hate relationship with baking since I used to do it as my first job. Yesterday, I succeeded with scones, something I've been really inconsistent with.

I need to see more of this. Disney Princess is not role model for interacting with nature. Respect and interfer as least as possible. That means with their habitats too.
here's the thing: you can coexist with wildlife without them loving you. that's part of the deal. when I'm at home and I see a coyote I back away slowly until it leaves. that's respect on both our parts. that's how it works. you HAVE to be comfortable with the idea of coexististance vs friendship
listen I joke about me beef with raccoons but I'm dead serious about those guys being dangerous and worth avoiding. they could EASILY hurt me. I grew up in the woods with cougars and coyotes and bobcats. I take this shit fucking seriously
