"trans healthcare is bourgeois" is divisive nonsense, but it is true that in countries with more socialized healthcare there tends to be more gatekeeping and waiting for trans healthcare
The thing about a rich trans woman calling trans healthcare bourgeois and not possible under communism is not only that it’s completely ignorant of historical / present conditions, but that it’s fundamentally a claim that only the rich deserve guaranteed access to healthcare—literally “I got mine”
