Two days ago the Pakistani president was gushing over Trump. Well the cut in USAID stopped the flood modeling and forecasting project that was supposed to help that country prepare for flooding that it routinely experiences.

HAM radios were invaluable. I remember getting a message via HAM to move to Memphis WFO from Jackson once the comms failed. We also received messages about ops for days after via HAM.
