I didn't sync everything to Komoot this year hence RwGPS shows more. Veneto trail by far the most challenging in June due to the heatwave & Tuscany in May before was really nice 👌🏻🇮🇹

@hbb06.bsky.social talking about Prosecco, these are the valleys where its grown in the Veneto region of Italy - I cycled through there past 2 yrs. Beautiful area, it gets very hot there! Perfect grape growing I guess 😎🇮🇹

I originally started off doing physical rehabilitation exercise with clients & over the years its become more manual therapy than physiotherapy. Had a client in this morning for physical rehab (spinal) & it made me remember just how much I enjoy doing it & giving real hope to people
