My #TheSims4 save file has a weird thing going on where even though I put down flooring and have the option to "remove floor/ceiling", the floors/ceilings are not showing up as I build the lot. Has anyone else seen this and know what it may mean?

Today feels more like winter with freezing temps and snow flurries. But last weekend autumn was autumning here.

Over the weekend a friend and I were talking about conscious consumerism, and she said everyone has to decide for themselves what they will and will not give up. Everyone is allowed to have their own boundaries. Her live and let live mentality was refreshing.

I wanted to make photos while I traveled to and from my violin student's home, but I didn’t want the extra weight of my DSLR. Instead, I made the most of my phone's camera. It doesn't give me as much control over depth of field, but I like how this shot came out.

I think my #TheSims4 saves are upset that I am partial to female heirs, because most of the babies being born in two different legacies are boys.

i've probably had this realization before or read it and agreed with it but legacy dems don't see republicans in the senate/congress as opponents but as colleagues. you cannot create an opposition party out of people who sees "the other side" as verbal sparring partners at worst.

Last night I took advantage of Proton's Black Friday sale to upgrade to Proton Unlimited. Then I moved everything from my Google Drive there and canceled my Google One subscription. It is a relatively small thing that feels very, very good.
