Thank you for showing up! The big city protests are great, but the small town ones are where minds are changed.
A larger turnout than in April, here in Brainerd.

Anyone who's even dipped their toes into landmark cases knows this doesn't stop at trans rights.
Sotomayor points out the similarities between the Skrmetti ruling allowing discrimination against transgender people's medical care to Virginia's argument for its interracial marriage ban in Loving.

In defiance of President Trump’s announcement last Friday that he was firing her, Kim Sajet — the director of the Smithsonian Institution’s National Portrait Gallery — has continued to report for work.

Our kiddo wrote this letter today to Claudette Colvin. I couldn’t be more proud of this kiddo for who chose for their “Change Maker” wax museum project.

Satellite data from the European Space Agency shows the surface temperature of the oceans is warming 4.5 times faster than they were at the end of the ‘80s. It’s not easy to predict climate change, and the reality keeps turning out worse than we thought it would be 🧪🔭

keep it up, whip your senates and propel your presidents, hang together
Now it's nearly 270 university presidents who have signed onto this "unprecedented government overreach" public letter. It was less than 180 this morning.

For many Americans, consumptive, entertainment technologies have become panem et circenses…allowing folks to isolate themselves into dopamine cycles of distraction during massive time of political and cultural unrest.

Unplug and reconnect.

A trip down Minnesota's second-wave feminist memory lane.

Some of the same women who tried to save abortion funding in the 1970s (and whose efforts were stymied by men in the DFL) are still around but now railing against the DSA, which supports abortion funding.

The caucus was founded to advocate for feminist positions on issues like poverty among women, abortion, and the Equal Rights Amendment.
