When dems suggest we should “let the new administration crumble under its own weight” they are revealing that their goal is 100% just being in power, not making the world better for their constituents. They would let the world burn if it made them look “less bad” enough to get power.

Whenever @esaagar.bsky.social says things like “protesting is a waste of time” because it doesn’t have immediate practical impact, I wish I could remind him that symbols often matter even more than practicality…and if he doesn’t believe that, maybe he should let Fetterman pick his wardrobe.

Every successful business person knows that startup logic doesn’t even apply to POST STARTUP BUSINESSES, let alone an entire freaking federal government. SMH 🤦🏻♂️

The way you define success determines what you will get more of. Because we insist on quantifiable metrics, we get more of what is quantifiable. This has led us to produce a whole generation of people ready to be replaced by AI, because tech can only do what is quantifiable (1s and 0s babyyy).

The DNC's failure to speak to working class issues is not just about corruption but about framing (i.e. "logics", ways of making sense of the world). Our contexts influence not just the answers we give but the questions we ask. #contextmatters #institutionallogics #sociology #contextualanalytics
