The neighbour knocked today to ask about a parcel and I've been fighting with mass anxiety to not have a panic attack since. It's been an hour. They just asked about a parcel.
The chest tightening is driving me nuts.

On a more cheerful note, I've got a new fruit tree. A Rio Star grapefruit to add to my growing collection of citrus. It unfortunately had a broken branch but I've taken some cuttings from it, so hopefully they root.
