Anyways I wanna happily announce that I completely stop smoking/vaping today. The last stop didnt work out much and I got vape addicted but today I am laying everything away or even throw it away. Wish me luck

I get it that therapists have a hell ton of appointments and I don't wanna like go and say ohh look at me I need it the most where's my weekly but this happened multiple times now and I do have severe illnesses so uhhh
next therapy appointment in a month UGHHH didn't we agree at weekly at the start
