I’ve never tried playing a solo TTRPG before. Like a lot of people in the scene I’m a fan of Me, Myself, & Die!, but what I really want is a group experience. Watching season 2 put Ironsworn on my map. It seemed so elegant I had to get it and take a look.

There are situations where this is actually preferable. #ttrpg
who gives a shit whether you do core rules first or character creation first or worldbuilding first just put them into different booklets and let people rearrange how they like if wizards can get away with selling 3 books instead of one i believe in you too

if your rpg title is less than four words you and is not a pun then its trad, if its less than two words and could describe something a 13 year old boy drew in the margins of his textbook its osr, if its more than four words its a storygame, if its a pun its a lyric game/shitpost game same same

I’m 100% ok with gatekeeping incels. If you can’t handle a woman being the protagonist or a non-white person being the protagonist of a video game, I don’t think you deserve to play games.

Movie Idea: (Pixar style) A werewolf whose animal form's a small cute dog. She uses her cuteness to get into museums, banks, and mansions, as guard dogs and pets, and then at night she robs them. One day she works her way into a household and finds there’s another adorable lycanthrope already there.
