I really had to tap into the not so nice versions of myself this year and deprioritize kindness in spaces that were harmful. I’m really proud of myself for stepping into that discomfort. And now that i can access that side a bit easier I’m ready for her to take a back seat and step back into ease🥰

You’re not violating a reading rule if you opt not to finish a book that's not resonating with you. Life is finite and we thus have a finite number of books to read. Reading shouldn’t be a chore. You needn’t feel guilty for ensuring that your time reading is spent reading things that you love.

This year i made the decision not to be in relationship with people that make me uncomfortable in any way. It was always due to me talking myself out of the way that they were very clearly being weird to me because i always want to see the best in people. But sometimes that is peoples best.
