A lot of folks outside of Texas don't quite get our slavish, almost religious devotion to our grocery chain HEB, but every time shit goes south, they're the first in line to help.

As a Democrat, I wholly agree with this statement by the late Republican President. But the fact is, the current Republican Congress cringe over this philosophy, having slid so far to the right that I bet neither Reagan nor Lincoln would be part of the Republican Party.
