Sending the US military into American cities is not crime-fighting and it certainly is not leadership.

MAGA has no answers, Pat Harrigan does not care about the 10th District. They long ago abandoned their oath to the Constitution and want to rule by fear.

Hold them to account for their failures.

A lot of chatter from Pat Harrigan about how Democrats are intentionally preventing the short-term funding for SNAP and other federal social safety programs.

Wait until he gets to take credit for the $185+ billion in permanent cuts to SNAP he was celebrating back on July 4th.

Honored to meet Texas State Representative Nicole Collier (Fort Worth) in Raleigh today. She and other members of the Texas State House have been fighting these disgraceful power grabs from MAGA as well. Matter of fact that is where this whole load started.

If politicians are going to choose their voters, as opposed to voters choosing those that represent them, then no matter which side you’re looking from a lot of good, decent people are being screwed.

Having seen and worked in the devastation of Hurricane Helene in Western North Carolina the unmet needs of our mountain neighbors are abudantly clear.

In Congress, I will make it my first mission to see that all deserved funds are dispersed without delay or due to incompetence.

The Constitution matters. The Freedom to Assemble as guaranteed in the First Amendment still stands.

No matter what Pat Harrigan and maga apologist would like to make protests against violating the Constitution out to be, history remembers.

If you read only one democracy story today, make it this one. While legacy media largely skipped the Texas redistricting hearing, Democracy Docket's Jen Rice was there for all 10 days. Her coverage stands out and sheds insight into how the GOP operates -- not only in TX -- but nationally.

What determination to strip healthcare and health insurance from millions of Americans looks like.

The People of North Carolina and the 10th District deserve voices that fight for them and stand for truth.

It seems anti-free speech soldier, Pat Harrigan, is not as authoritative as he thinks he is.

All the unconstitutional calls, as a member of Congress, for people’s jobs and livelihoods. And to think how many times has he taken an oath to uphold the Constitution, even to defend it?

Our military deserves far better at baseline, with a budget passed and the government open.

They damn sure didn’t sign up to be used against fellow Americans.

They took an oath, so even though they aren’t being paid during this MAGA government shutdown, they still stand ready.

Pat Harrigan fails his oath to protect the Constitution, which protects individuals from government overreach and infringement of guaranteed Rights.

Pat Harrigan has a real, unrelenting problem with the truth.

Let’s get to work.
