So Texas, which pioneered the Texas 2 step and has worked to shield companies from tort liability is now suing J&J for trying to shield itself from potential liability in Tylenol claims. Irony really is dead.

Just learned - maybe others knew - that there are (almost) no COVID vaccines available anywhere. The old ones have been pulled; the new ones not approved. My MD said I need it, but I can't get it. Thanks RFK!
