so I have found if I take rnough magnesium my pcos related debilitating period pain is drastically reduced, the only trade off is I absolutely have to take enough to risk shitting myself. like to relax my muscles i have to relax *all* my muscles. which is fine i guess

What I am saying is that we can do that WHILE ALSO building tools to chip away at the power of the rich by blocking economic extraction. What can we do if we doubled the wealth available to poor and middle class communities? Tripled it? Mutual aid builds community, but it doesn't build wealth.
