My first tattoo! It's my mom's favorite quote and really got me through the pandemic. since then, I had been toying with the idea of this tattoo for a while but always put it off. But after some recent events, my brain told me: "It's time."

Why didn't anyone tell me how good Marvel's Moon Knight is? Oscar Isaac was never really on my radar (not even for Star Wars) and he did a fantastic job with those different personalities. Man's got some acting chops. And I liked how "non-Marvel-y" the series was. Refreshing!

Ah, the last day of school. When you can literally hear every parent holding their breath and witnessing the calm before the storm. It was nice to have that peace and quiet, if only for a little while. 😜 BRACE FOR IMPACT!

💜Had a wonderful Mother’s Day. Had a morning Pikmin Bloom walk with the kiddo, had coffee with husband and watched the cars go by, watched Paddington in Peru with kiddo, and had homemade pizza & watched Looney Tunes with them for dinner.
I have a good life and am truly grateful for it.💜

This was a long train ride, but it wasn’t bad. Is it better than a plane? In some ways. I enjoyed some beautiful scenery. I was able to take off my shoes and wear pajama pants. I finished up a piece of art on my iPad. I read an entire novel. Would I have been able to do that on a plane? Hell no.
