How cool is this? I was hawk watching from the roof of my SUNY Oswego building when I saw this tagged Turkey Vulture go overhead. I couldn't quite read the number. I texted my friend Kennedy 28 km NE at Derby Hill and told her to be on the lookout. 90 minutes later, BOOM! A07!
