U potpunom smo slomu političke, pravne i finansijske konstrukcije. Iz budžeta nema potpunog transfera opštinama. Deo policije plate prima preko naloga u kladionicama. Krah može da se desi u svakom momentu. Danas, prekosutra, za tri nedelje. Krah, Majka svih krahova.

U potpunom smo slomu političke, pravne i finansijske konstrukcije. Iz budžeta nema potpunog transfera opštinama. Deo policije plate prima preko naloga u kladionicama. Krah može da se desi u svakom momentu. Danas, prekosutra, za tri nedelje. Krah, Majka svih krahova.
