Time to ban these fragile-man-mobiles from our cities.

I'd like for someone in the dem caucus to tell us which senators were real no votes and which ones voted no because they were allowed to.

If I were to defy a court order, I'd be in jail, not building a ballroom.
Reopen government, swear in Adelita Grivala, release the Epstein Files, restore healthcare subsidies, and fund SNAP.

i think this is key. taking the deal would amount to taking the blame. it would turn a clear political victory into an unambiguous defeat.
If the Dems blink after all of this, for a deal that all but ensures no ACA subsidies in 2026 anyway, then what was the purpose of letting the shutdown go for 40 days in the first place?

The oligarchy came out in full force against Zohran Mamdani's fight for a more affordable NYC.
It didn't matter.

Dick Cheney did more than anyone else to build up expansive and destructive executive branch powers in the wake of 9/11; he lived to see another president turn those same powers against his own daughter.
He should be a warning sign to the GOP today but too many of them are in the cult.

The president of the United States thinks asylum-seekers come from mental asylums.
He says it in almost every interview where the topic of migration comes up.
How is this not 25th Amendment territory? How is he not an embarrassment to this entire country?

Just yesterday when this Faderhead track popped up, I was thinking how amazing it is that Mike Pondsmith's creations have even inspired music. Who would have thought that the original black box with red lettering and two staple-bound books would eventually result in this?
