C’est bien que ce verbatim circule, parce-que c’est la suite qui est intéressante (à partir de 48s) : un vrai discours chimiquement pur d’ordure, totalement hors sol, turbo libéral et sans aucune empathie

I've spoken to LSP executives who "claim" that Disney, MGM, etc. "don't want quality subtitles", which is why they're now using MTPE for subtitles. These entertainment companies think their audiences will be OK with "a certain level of mediocrity".
We consumers need to demand quality.
