Part of my transition must express an inner feeling - to impart no illusion that I expect to be related to according to my biological sex since I have never identified with many of the traits which seem to define it. #trans #transgender

I'm never quite satisfied with the term 'transgender' to describe where I've come from, to where I am now. It doesn't capture the sense in which a person's *being* has to exorcise a part of itself which doesn't correspond with the impositions that its sex at birth presents (within Western culture).
