I never want to push self-publishing as an option if a writer isn't enthusiastic about it, but if you're a trad author and your genre just isn't being acquired anymore, I have some thoughts that might be helpful if you want to keep writing that and SP it. (histrom, whatever)

#Friday Kiss An excerpt from my new book, MATCH PLAY coming January 31st. Campbell McLeod’s pov: I've never felt more stupid in my entire life. Arron and Imogen had the bright idea of organising a 1920s-style murder mystery dinner party and I was told, in no uncertain terms, that my presence was required. I wasn't going to go. Then Imogen caught me in the corridor one day and told me it was fancy dress to which I responded, "Then I'm definitely not going." She looked sternly at me and the next day, I found a costume laid out in my bedroom. So that's how I've come to be standing in the main hallway, dressed like a fucking American cowboy.
