honestly, ive stopped talking to a specific friend group of mine (or at least significantly limited my communications) and i feel so much better its unbelievable.
do not be around people that give you extreme amounts of anxiety and a feeling that you don't belong just because you've been friends

i think the absolute worst thing about being a hammer main in monster hunter is that the majority of the mains never have a nuanced discussion past "go bonk xD" or "heccin stun da monster" and it ails me greatly
