Ok, I have a question for people who work with accessibility and specifically alt text.

Something I've learned from years of meditation has proven really helpful with dealing with CPTSD—go toward the emotion, not away from it.
What can make this so hard is our emotions get so LOUD and over time we become afraid of being overwhelmed by them again.
