It's too bad @heritage.bsky.social got the "Heritage" name first. I was very much looking forward to hearing from that other group of the same name why Jose Ibarra, an illegal alien, should be tried for murder by a court in the United States that supposedly has no jurisdiction over him.

Even if done by legislation, this would violate me. Attempting it by executive order would violate 8 U.S.C. § 1401(a), too.

Everyone born or naturalized in US & subject to its jurisdiction is a citizen of US and the state he lives in. No state shall make any law abridging US citizens' privileges or immunities, deprive anyone of life, liberty, or property without due process; or deny anyone equal protection of laws.

This would violate me (as well as my brother, the separation of powers).
