It's too bad @heritage.bsky.social got the "Heritage" name first. I was very much looking forward to hearing from that other group of the same name why Jose Ibarra, an illegal alien, should be tried for murder by a court in the United States that supposedly has no jurisdiction over him.

Even if done by legislation, this would violate me. Attempting it by executive order would violate 8 U.S.C. § 1401(a), too.

I prevent certain people from *holding* state or federal office, but don't preclude anyone from *running* for it. If Donald Duck can run for President in Michigan, so can Donald Trump.
