Proud to see govt reflect LCO recs to modernize Ontario consumer leg/reg for ToS contracts like
- prohibiting tricks like hiding cancellation buttons
- right of consumers to post reviews
- upfront disclosure of total potential costs
- requiring plain language summaries of changes to terms of service
