Used to have panic attacks multiple times a day. Now they are very rare. Unfortunately today was one of those days. And I got a panic attack hangover. Came home ate some soup and watched anime with my husband feeling better but exhausted. Hoping this is a rare occasion and not back to daily.

I've been on my weightloss journey for a year and a half now and I still look like someone that hasn't even started.
Weightloss takes time. That is the biggest advice I have. I'm no where close to my end goal and it's probably going to be 1.5 years if not more till I'm there.
