So apparently I got my own Dedicated Linux Server today, never truly done that before.

So what do people in their 30's do during the week, when they are not married or have children? Asking for myself. I used to play video games to socialise with all my RL friends, now they're all married or have children.

I talked to my oldest friend the other day and we talked about attraction and relationships. Cause he started to learn Spanish because of friends he made in Spain. And again it just made me realise what a sucker i am for other languages. Now I want to learn or refresh another language.

So my DnD group finished their campaign. They managed to engage the boss the moment they found the lair. And when I tried to escape they tossed an upcast fireball on him, dealing 56 damage in one hit. I did not think it would end like that, especially since they almost died in the first turn.

The last few months were something and I finally managed to get myself an appointment with a neurologist because of my ADD. However reflecting on that and the impact on my private life, I'm even more proud of my B.Sc in Business and Information Technology (ger. Wirtschaftsinformatik).

I got woken up today by the lovely call of a first level supporter due to some technical issues. While we were trying to fix my problem... the problem fixed itself somehow. I talked to another co-worker and he was like... yeah that is a known issue and sometimes it just works. I love working in IT 😂

I went to the doctor by tram, while standing inside I saw a police car go by and my first thought was. Did i put the seatbelt on? Just to take that in I was standing in the tram... 🤣

Tonight I was told by a friend that a mutual friend of both of us had a crush on me while I had one on them but now they are in a really toxic relationship and have two children. They told the mutual friend not long ago that they regret not going after me. I have no clue how I should feel about it.

I helped my older brother to create a DnD character today. I think he optimised a lot already, without ever having played DnD except for BG3 and Pathfinder (DnD 3.5). As a DM I am scared and happy. xD

I got myself the new DnD Dungeon Master's Guide (2024) since I was using the 2014 version and oh boy this is fun to read. I'm listening to the lord of the rings soundtrack while I read. ☺️

While we have an upcoming election this month in Germany a friend of mine sent me pictures saying "Cthulhu now". He's my former flatmate and when COVID started we were like okay were going to worship Cthulhu. It gives me a chuckle to think about these jokes when not everything looks pretty.
