Wondering the same. Worse yet, why do they behave as if patients who mask to avoid infection or reinfection are overreacting?
I do not understand the ongoing lack of protection from Covid in healthcare settings -

Is it hubris? Apathy? Reconciling moral injury? Misinformation? Delusion? Trauma response?

Am at a loss. I don’t know how to make them care anymore
