I don't see why anyone is really arsed about this. He came in for something like £2mil and scored some important goals. Would I like to have made 10 or 15 mil off selling him? Yes. Is it the end of the world that he's leaving on a free? Absolutely not.
The whole situation with Dominic Calvert-Lewin feels like it’s spiralling out of control and not helped by the walking LinkedIn post using this to rage-bait fans. There shouldn’t be any ill feeling when he leaves, and most likely won’t, but there’s a lot of what Sean Dyche would call ‘noise’ #EFC
