I've noticed more people wanting to decouple themselves from big American corporations ran by oligarchs that prop up fascists, dismantle your rights, sell your data and pay no tax.

Its time to switch, it's long overdue imo.

Trump was just asked whether he would be meeting with representatives from AUKUS in the near future, during a press conference with Starmer.

Trump's response? "AUKUS? What's that?"

This is the second time he's held the office. How?

On the fifth anniversary of Brexit, where the central message of c*nt Johnson was sending £350 million to the NHS, I prepared a short Orwellian essay on what it would look like if Farage dismantled the NHS and replaced it with the insurance-based Britannia Care Ltd.

We’ve seen both Trumps in the last few hours with both sets of remarks. On prompter, with the odd flash of spontaneity, Trump is a formidable political force. Off prompter he is rambling, prone to sustained bouts of falsehoods/lies and deeply bewildering to the vast majority of people watching.

The man in the automated message on the Manchester Civil Justice Centre phone number genuinely sounds unhinged. It only gets worse the longer you listen. Just wait for the bit about bailiffs. Who approved this???

Farage attending the launch of a new staunch climate denial group in the UK that has taken funds from oil giant ExxonMobil ? Not particularly out of character , since Dec 2019 92% of donations to Reform UK were from fossil fuel interest groups or climate deniers , per @desmog.bsky.social .

Due to record losses: russia's Gazprom is cutting half of its staff.

The number of employees at headquarters is being reduced from 4,100 to 2,500.

The reason is banal - lack of money.

ABC, NBC & CBS dedicated about 16 minutes of airtime last night to the California wildfires without once mentioning climate change.
