When “hearing” (śravaṇa) of the Truth fails to remove my ignorance, I don’t find spiritual freedom but instead find myself beset with doubts and questions. That is the time to take the second step.

The “six treasures” is the third of Vedanta’s Four Basic Practices. But “six treasures” is itself a collection of six practices! Why have these practices been clubbed together and treated as if they constitute just one practice?

Today's Vivekananda Quote

“Stick to God! Through the terrors of evil, say--my God, my love! Through the pangs of death, say--my God, my love! Through all the evils under the sun, say--my God, my love! You are here, I see you. You are with me, I feel your presence. I am yours, take me.”
