Someone chided me for being a “jerk” to the hucksters pushing AI in classrooms.

I’ll just say that given how deeply opposed I am to all that, “jerk” is probably going to be my mildest setting.

So if you get the vapors when people yell at snake oil salesmen, you may just want to block me.

I've seen a child with tetanus, I've treated near fatal infections after chicken pox, and I've pronounced children dead from COVID whose parents refused to have them vaccinated.

We have lost our minds... and are about to lose so many of our precious children.
