Not many people know this, but there are a lot of restaurants out there. Szechuan (a region in China) restaurants, Ethiopian restaurants. So many. A lot of people haven't tried these - they're so new.

Now, I'm a big fan of chicken. Huge fan. Chicken burgers, chicken wings. Did I ever tell you about my trip to Japan? Went last month. Interesting people, the Japanese. Anyway, I was there a couple years ago. Went to see a castle in Yogo, 2000 years old! That's old!

A very good friend of mine, Jonny Matsuda, you remember Jonny , Jonny's having a little bit of trouble with his restaurant. Now Jonny's a great guy, great chef, really great. So he gives me a call, he says "Hi Don." He always calls me Don. What a guy!

People today keep coming up with accusations. I heard something awful the other day, just terrible. A lot of people are saying Brooki - she's a great chef, watch her videos. They're saying she used some other people's recipes. Ridiculous.
