Under the SAVE Act, any woman taken off the rolls will be ineligible to serve as a poll worker. Most of the workers I've worked with are women. The polls will not be staffed and I will quit in solidarity. Elections are over.

It appears that too many people want to go back to the way things were before 1/20/25, but the things that were failing are what gave many folks the desire for the promises of the autocrats. We need real change. Selfish capitalism failed. We need to empower the people and remove the oligarchs.

Signal mishap aside, we need to be angry about continued imperialism and genocide in the our names. Zionism, colonialism, fascism only serve the oligarchs at the cost of people all over the world. Democrats, Republicans, the generally apathetic, and the willfully ignorant are all to blame for this.

These are my upper and lower body workouts. At the end of May '24 I started getting up an hour early so I could build consistency into my routine. I've been hitting the gym at least three times a week since. I feel better and have higher quality sleep. My body in motion stays in motion.
