In 2016 and 2020, Bernie Sanders was the compromise, and he was the furthest right a lot of us were willing to go.
Given his failures since then, particularly his refusal to strongly oppose genocide for almost a year, it's clear that we were wrong for even being willing to compromise that much.

At this point, a two state solution is effectively enshrining a principle akin to "separate but equal." Palestinians would be forced to live in the remains of land that Israel has completely destroyed. The only way forward is a one state solution that guarantees equal rights for all.
