I think it's genuinely so awful that some people's art has just been stolen so heavily and fed to the genAI mass blob thing that now certain type of artstyles have people thinking they're some cheap AI when they were probably one of the people that was stolen from and fed into the blob

"I sure do wonder why I'm always so sleepy in the middle of the day" I say to myself as I end up staying awake until like, 1-3AM (mostly against my own will, but sometimes I do it to myself) and getting a grand total of like 2 hours of sleep before I'm forced awake by unknown forces at 6-7AM

don't think I've specifically spoken on this yet but I really like the SEKAI movie and I think it is probably one of the greatest video game adaptations out there
like everything from the cinematography, pacing, writing, feels like it perfectly translates SEKAI out of it's visual novel format

a lot of times when I see people try to go to bat for why video games are works of art they direct your attention to games that are probably easily able to be adapted into like, a show or movie but never something like, Mario NES, because I guess not cinematic = not art to many people(?)
