Season 450g cubed beef
Fry in oil to brown
Add 1 red onion in wedges, 5 min
Add 2 crushed cloves garlic, 1 min
Add 2tsp paprika, 1tsp smoked paprika
Add 300ml beef stock, 1/2 can tomatoes, 1tbsp tomato puree, bay leaf, salt & pepper
Slow cook 4-6h
Add chunks red/orange pepper, 15-30 min
Fry in oil to brown
Add 1 red onion in wedges, 5 min
Add 2 crushed cloves garlic, 1 min
Add 2tsp paprika, 1tsp smoked paprika
Add 300ml beef stock, 1/2 can tomatoes, 1tbsp tomato puree, bay leaf, salt & pepper
Slow cook 4-6h
