I went to the Sompo Museum of Art to see works by Maurice Utrillo. I was surprised to learn that he started painting while recovering from alcohol addiction. I like his dark colors, but his brighter works were great too.

I went to Cha-Tsutaya（茶のつたや） in Takadanobaba to see Naoko Kikuike’s original art show.
The red and blue sky colors looked so nice together🎅💙
The other drawings were warm and gentle too😍
The shop’s matcha financier and the beer with matcha were both great😋🍵🍺
I had a really good time😊✨

The online tickets were sold out, so I went to the museum early in the morning to get a same-day ticket🏛️🖼️
I got there around 9:50 a.m., and the ticket I finally got was for entry just an hour and a half before closing
Waited in line for almost two hours... so tired!😅

It was drizzling, but I went to my town’s festival for the first time, even though I’ve lived here for nearly 16 years.

Loved that you can taste 3 kinds for just 500 yen.

I ended up going to Atago Shrine, then the war museum, and finally headed home from Shimbashi Station.
I enjoyed the museum and it made me want to go back to the UEC's Museum too.
