We see a lot of people recommending OpenOffice on here – but just be aware that it is no longer receiving updates (last was in 2023) and now has unfixed security issues over a year old: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Apache_... – Far safer to use the actively maintained successor projects, like LibreOffice.

Arizona State, fleeing a dying Pac-12, picked last in the Big 12, was a play away from eliminating the moneymakers of ESPN in a classic. Stop listening to the McKinsey heads that want to strip mine this sport and remember college football isn’t great without the full tapestry.

Social media is in desperate need of innovation. Meta is only letting you have a slice of control over what you see because Bluesky is here building for you.
We wrote on Saturday about how Meta is going all-out to meet the threat of Bluesky: wapo.st/3OrYxBj

The rocket, Aftershock II, reached a height of over 470,000 feet, which is nearly the legal limit for amateur rocket launches.
