You always hear people saying advocate for yourself. Speak up, say what you want and what's good for you. Tried it, did not turn out well. Apparently I have my diabetes too well controlled and I am not fat enough for help losing weight.

Diabetic review today. I expect to be told off. At which point I will tell them how I was denied help with weight loss because my diabetes is too well controlled. I decided what's the point of controlling it.

My feed needs more cats in it and less politics. I'm not here to discuss the real world, I want cats, dogs, pictures of things and what people are doing/feeling. I want to connect with real people not have a debate.
