Decided that my weight loss journey had gone too far off the rails when looking at the numbers this week. Decided to target 10,000 steps every day in May. Wednesdays will be the challenge - busy days at work.

Still forget to post here - and don’t have any integrations yet to auto post things.

Maybe that’s something to look into this week.

Last night, we said goodbye to Kit.

The very definition of a scaredy cat, Kit was a timid little thing who took a very long time to trust us after we rescued her after she was abandoned with her litter in a car park many years ago.

But with a bit of encouragement from my colleagues and some great learning podcasts, I’m determined to get back on track. The goal? To hit this target at least 3–4 times a week from now on!

Thin Thomas is in there somewhere…

@michaelt1979.bsky.social now then, sir. In 2019, you used the other place to ask, "Has anybody already built up a small repertoire of PowerPoint with key music pieces and summaries for use coming into assemblies?" If you remember, that inspired me to create some PowerPoints.

Mathematical 2025

For the past few years, I’ve created a list of number facts about the year’s number. Here’s the 2025 version.

2025 is an odd composite number composed of two prime numbers multiplied together (3 × 3 × 3 × 3 × 5 x 5 or 3^4 x 5^2)

2025 is written as MMXXV in Roman numerals.
