i just read something about grief from C.S. Lewis and his book, “A Grief Observed”
basically, when someone you love dies, it isn’t just them that you miss, but the parts of yourself that person brought out of you that can never be brought out again.

I like this song.
It’s called First Song by Charlie Haden. Something about it is very cathartic since my mother died a few weeks back. Music is so healing for me. It’s like therapy. Before my mom died in hospice she mentioned I should do whatever makes me happy to celebrate her life. This is it.

The administration is removing phone support for Soc Security recipients. Making it more difficult for seniors to get their checks. It’s a back door way to cut SS benefits. Horrific.

Flamingos coffee shop at Hampton Beach, NH. had a review from a male complaining that the all woman shop made him feel uncomfortable. He left a review of the shop calling it " disgustingly pro woman."
